Today's youth are faced with a society that views success and failure on nearly the same levels.  The acceptance and boistering up of failure produces attitudes of laziness and apathy.  This next generation needs to learn the value of hard work and that the American dream is unyeilding in its requirement of such hard work.  Not enough individuals have a strong understanding of these values.  Being accountable, personally responsible, and disciplined, one can be better prepared for any number of incidents, experiences, or situations.  We are striving to make the next generation the best they can be and make America the "last best hope on earth."
